Corporate management and the legal community engage the firm to provide financial expertise in litigation and dispute resolution.  We have substantial experience in the determination of both liability and damages in general business litigation matters; valuation of companies in purchase or sale transactions; lender liability issues; accounting malpractice; tax controversy; investigative accounting and assistance with the defense of corporate directors and officers.

We are often engaged to provide expert witness testimony.  In this role, we are capable of explaining complex issues to the court in easily understood terms.

We are members of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and American Society of Appraisers.
