As an award-winning Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Digital Innovation Officer, I leverage my 20+ years of expertise in strategy, technology, and service excellence to deliver people-centered, IT-solutions that empower Lucas Horsfall’s clients and business successes. Additionally, I am passionate about coaching and mentoring others to help make a positive impact in our communities.

DO
I am the Chief IT executive for Lucas Horsfall and the new “Office of the CIO (OCIO)” technology & innovation organization that is focused on adopting world-class technology solutions; delivering exceptional customer service; and implementing industry best practices to serve our clients. I am an industry IT Board Member/President-elect, author, and speaker with a passion for paying it forward by contributing my technology expertise towards industry standards and volunteering to help various charitable causes.
WHAT I
LIKE
I enjoy being a foodie, watching Netflix, listening to music, fishing, camping, and traveling in the great outdoors with my family and friends. Also, I am a big sports fan (NFL, NBA, baseball, etc.). To stay in shape – I play in tennis leagues.
